Energize your workout routine, try something new and find extra motivation to reach your fitness goals.

The Y Challenge is an annual four-week program which encourages you to monitor your workouts, try new group exercise classes and create a healthier lifestyle.  We challenge you to workout at least three times a week and try a new class once a week.

Each branch posts a Y Challenge board for you to track your workouts with stickers. We send you weekly emails to help keep you focused, inspired and informed. Stay connected through your branch's Y Challenge webpage for healthy living tips and advice, nutritious recipe ideas and information about group exercise classes and programs.
