Spice up your workout - go outside

Two important things to consider for staying active and healthy are:
Vary your routine To keep from plateuing in weight loss or strength level, you should vary your workout. Don't just do the same cardio exercise and same weight lifting routine week in and week out- your body will get used to it and adjust and you'll no longer be challenging yourself.
Do something you enjoy To quote The Wall Street journalist, Tara Parker-Pope, "Exercise you hate won't help as much as exercise you enjoy." If you are doing exercise that you dread doing, chances are, you won't stick with it very long. If you find an exercise you enjoy, it's more likely that you will continue doing it and it might also benefit you more.
Consider adding some variety by exercising outside. Try one of the following outdoor options and you might gain a newfound love for exercise!
