Q: About how many calories should be in a snack? I notice that my granola bar has 140 calories in it and it's pretty small. Even my yogurt has 80-120 calories. Are these appropriate calorie amounts for snacks?

Q: Is hypnosis an alternative to behavior modifcation methods? I want to stop smoking, and lose some weight. I am skeptical, and strong minded, but I'd rather try this instead of other chemicals/meds, and cold turkey is hard for me!
