Our Gymnastics Program builds self-esteem, confidence and coordination. Classes are taught using progressions selected by USAG (USA Gymnastics). Our goal is for the children to be able to do the skill on their own and correctly. We also focus on technique. This ensures that children are learning correctly and safely while increasing their strength and flexibility.
Qualified Gymnastics Staff
Our full-time staff completes annual training at National Congress held by USAG. Part-time staff completes training in skill progression, CPR, safety and hands-on spotting. We are proud of our staff of excellent coaches; our children are in excellent hands.
Preschool, Recreational, and Team Level Gymnastics Classes
- Kindergym, pre-gym and beginner level classes for preschool aged children
- Beginner, advanced beginner and intermediate classes available for school-aged children
- Boys only classes are available for school-age kids
- Y-Angels gymnastics team for levels 4-6
