At the Lake Norman YMCA, you can join an existing group – like our Active Older Adults, Bridge-Fridays for all ages, the Y-Warmers knitting & crochet group, or one of the many organized groups for walking, running, group swims and group bike rides. Or you can help us start a group around your own interests like gardening, reading, crafts and more.
