
As a facility member, you have access to one of the largest group exercise schedules in the area with over 120 classes each week. There are classes every day of the week at various intensity and skill levels.
Choose classes in one of our four studios:
- Group Exercise – Work up sweat with strength, cardio, dance, step, QuickFit, kickboxing, Zumba and more!
- Mind & Body – Relax and focus your intensity with yoga, Pilates, Qigong and Vinyasa
- Cycle – Spin your way into shape with one of our 21 available bikes.
- Water Fitness – Burn calories, improve stamina and increase strength in the pool.
