Both novice and experienced exercisers are trained in standardized total body program of cardiovascular exercise, strength-training and flexibility using FitLinxx, Cybex, free weights or other options. Trained fitness staff will work with you over a series of several appointments to guide you towards your health and wellness goals and will follow up with you to monitor your progress over time. Focus is on building a relationship between instructor and member to identify goals, establish consistency and to provide follow-up after three months.
