A structured, age-appropriate class in a non-competitive, relaxed environment designed to build cardio endurance, strength and coordination with a focus on healthy lifestyle habits. Class takes place in the Groundworks Studio.

YouthFit
Ages 10 - 12
An exciting, fun-filled, structured class combining strength training, cardio and flexibility training appropriate to age, interests and abilities. Please register at the front desk (704) 716-4400.

TeenFit
Age 13 and up. (YouthFit grads based on height and maturity)
Participants learn the importance of proper exercise techniques and behavior through instruction in FitLinxx, QuickFit and free weight instruction over the course of 2-3 appointments, plus receive basic advice on healthy eating habits. Color-coded badge issued upon satisfactory completion of TeenFit allows usage of all fitness areas at any time.
