Our Gymnastics Program builds self-esteem, confidence and coordination. Classes are taught using progressions selected by USAG (USA Gymnastics). Our goal is for the children to be able to do the skill on their own and correctly. We also focus on technique. This ensures that children are learning correctly and safely while increasing their strength and flexibility.
Qualified Gymnastics Staff
Our staff completes USAG training as well as training in skill progression, CPR, safety and hands-on spotting. We are proud of our staff of excellent coaches; our children are in excellent hands.

Competitive Team - Our Y-Angels gymnastics team compete in AAU and USAG meets, while learning the rewards of hard work and the excitement of competition. Our Christian environment supports teamwork and good sportsmanship. Gymnasts are competing levels 2-7.
