In collaboration with CMC Lincoln and Optima Therapies, Nutri Fit offers participants (12) one-on-one training sessions with certified athletic trainers and two sessions with a registered dietitian. All sessions are individualized to move you toward a maximum level of well-being. Non YMCA Members receive a full three-month membership to the Lincoln County Family YMCA to help get you started.
