Women on Weights

Women on Weights is designed especially for women who want to learn proper form and tone their bodies using free weights.  The course will focus on core training and upper/lower body toning.  Let us help you get the results you desire.



Age: 16+
Dates: Tuesday & Thursday
September 9 - September 18
Time: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
            OR
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Registration Dates: August 7 - September 8
Cost Member: $ 50
       Program Member: $ 65
