Lifeguard Class
The Lowe's YMCA is excited to offer a training class that will save lives. This class is intended to certify individuals wishing to become lifeguards.

| Additional Information: |
All candidates must be able to pass the prerequisites. These include a 500 yard swim showcasing the strokes of freestyle, sidestroke, inverted breast stroke and breast stroke. Each candidate must be able to tread water using a scissors kick, breast stroke kick and egg beater kick. |
