CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Parent & Child Classes - 6 to 35 months
Parent and Child Swim classes offer a positive and fun environment to foster the parent-child relationship through water exploration. You will also meet other parents, expose your child to others his age and help teach your child basic water safety skills. Classes are taught by enthusiastic, caring instructors and emphasize making the child feel comfortable in the water.

Preschool Classes - 3 to 5 years
The best way to protect your children in and around the water is to teach them how to swim. In addition to teaching water safety, our Preschool Swim Lessons cultivate self-esteem, encourage character development and offer long-term fitness benefits.

Youth Classes - 6 to 12 years
Participants in Youth Swim Lessons learn to swim well. Our experienced instructors advocate water safety while helping children improve their form and ability. Kids will have a blast while developing their skills and staying active. They may likely begin a lifelong appreciation for aquatics and a healthy lifestyle.

Stroke Clinic - 6 to 17 years
Designed for those in need of practice, preparation and endurance before swim team season. Participants will learn swim team based skills such as freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. Practice refining skills in all four competitive strokes while also working on endurance. Prerequisite: Must be able to swim one length of the pool using any stroke
