Group Exercise Classes

A variety of Group Exercise Classes including Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Kickboxing, Cycle, Step and Zumba are offered free of charge to all our members. Exercise has shown to reduce stress, strengthen muscles, aid in weight management, improve body image and self-esteem. Exercising in groups greatly increases the chance to stay with the program longer and more consistently, while also making it more FUN!

There is one bike reservation per phone call, so a member may call to sign himself up for class, and then has to hang up and call back to sign up another member. The only exception is when a parent and under age child (10-12 years) are signing up for the class they may reserve the bikes on the same phone call. |
