Lowe's YMCA Group Exercise



  Group Exercise Schedule - September 2010

If you need an extra push to get ready for fall, Boot Camp is for you!



A variety of Group Exercise Classes including Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Kickboxing, Cycle, Step and Zumba are offered free of charge to all members.  Exercise has shown to reduce stress,
strengthen muscles, aid in weight management, improve body image and self-esteem. 

Exercising in groups greatly increases the chance to stay with the program longer and more consistently, while also making it more FUN! 


Ages:      10 to 12 years (with a parent)
13+ years (unsupervised)
   
Cost: No charge
 
Days/Times: Pick up your copy at the Member Service Desk or search for Group Exercise classes on our website.
 
Additional Information: There is one bike reservation per phone call, so you may call to sign-up
for class. You then must hang up and call back to sign-up another member. 
The only exception is when a parent and under-age child (10-12 years) are signing up for the class, they may reserve the bikes on the same phone call.
