Power Training

Whether you are looking to lose weight, boost your metabolism, overcome a fitness plateau or get that competitive edge, Power Training is for you!
This 4-week intensive program will focus on the lower body and larger muscle groups.  

Interval training and circuits provide a challenging workout for those looking to put an extra boost in their workout and produce results.
