 Outdoor Boot Camp
Do you need an extra push in your current workout routine? Take the Lowe's YMCA Outdoor Boot Camp challenge and put yourself to the test!
Boot Camp consists of various cardio and strength training exercises. Two instructors will challenge and encourage you to reach your goals each week. Classes accommodate all fitness levels, including elite athletes looking to push themselves as well as those that are brand new to exercise. All are welcome!

This 4-week intensive program will focus on the lower body and larger muscle groups.
Interval training and circuits provide a challenging workout for those looking to put an extra boost in their workout and produce results.
