About Our Program:
Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and the Lowe's YMCA are working together to move our community toward a higher level of wellness. This collaborative effort provides preventive healthcare, health education and wellness programs to both YMCA members and non-members. The Wellness Center Team will provide a holistic approach to enhancing the mind, body and spirit — let's build a healthier community together.
