1.Eat two vegetarian meals per week. Try switching out at least one meat-based lunch and dinner for a vegetable-based one. Meatless dishes full of beans, vegetables and whole grains are filling and satisfying, but don't contain as much saturated fat and

Organic Foods: The Dirty Dozen
Not everyone can afford to buy all organic all the time. In order to help you prioritize your purchases, the following is a list of the traditionally grown produce most, and least, contaminated by pesticide residue. It's best to choose organic when buying those on the Most Contaminated list.

Most Contaminated:
Peaches, Apples, Bell Peppers, Celery, Nectarines, Strawberries, Cherries, Pears, Grapes, Spinach, Lettuce, Potatoes

Least Contaminated:
Onions, Avocados, Corn, Pineapples, Mango, Asparagus, Papaya, Broccoli, Sweet Peas, Kiwi Fruit, Bananas, Cabbage
