$500 per tile  (payable up to five years) Personal drawing and/or name painted on and kiln-baked To be placed inside and the facility on the walls in the Program Area
Customized 4"x 8" Tile
$1,500 per brick (payable up to five years) three lines of text with up to 21 characters per line and selected symbols To be placed outside the facility on the sidewalk approaching the new main facility entry
Customized 8"x 8" Tile
$2,500 per brick (payable up to five years) Six lines of text with up to 21 characters per line and selected symbols To be placed outside the facility on the sidewalk approaching the new main facility entry
