Requirements at the time of registration:
- Completed 2010-2011 registration packet
- Immunizations records (for NEW Afterschool participants). If you have been in the Morrison Family YMCA Afterschool Program for the 2009-10 school year, you do not need to have another immunization record, if you have enrolled in summer camp at the Morrison YMCA for 2010, but not in the ASEP for 2009-10, then we do need immunization records.
- Registration Fee
- Voided check or credit card number to keep on file for draft option
If your child attends a CMS school, please note that transportation to our YMCA Afterschool program is done by the CMS Transportation Department. In order to have your child dropped off at our site, you must complete a Transportation Alternate Stops form. Please be sure to put the full address of our facility in order to help ensure a smooth transition.

Reminders and helpful tips about the bank draft:
We need 3 weeks to set up a bank draft. The School-Age Enrichment draft is only able to run on the 1st or the 15th of each month. This means, in order to draft on the 15th, we need to have the check in hands no later than the 25th of the month prior in order to be able to process the request.

Cancellations:
There is a 15 day written notice required for cancellation. Prorated tuition will be refunded after the 15 day time period from the date of notification. Registration fees are non refundable.
