2009-10 Registration Form
Requirements at time of Registration:
- Completed 2009-10 Registration packet
- Immunizations records (for NEW Afterschool participants) If you have been in the Morrison YMCA ASEP for the 2008-09 school year, you do not need to have another immunization record, if you have enrolled in summer camp at the Morrison YMCA for 2009, but not in the ASEP for 2008-09, then we do need immunization records.
- Registration Fee
- Voided check or credit card number to keep on file for draft option
Reminders and helpful tips about the bank draft:
We need 3 Weeks to set up an Afterschool bank draft. The Afterschool draft is only able to run on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Which means, in order to draft on the 15th, we need to have the check in hands no later than the 25th of the month before in order to be able to process the request.

2009-10 School Calendar for CMS and Union County
Cancellation:
There is a 15 day written notice required for cancellation. Prorated tuition will be refunded after the 15 day time period from the date of notification. Registration fees are non refundable.
