Nutrition 101
Nutrition education is becoming increasingly important in today's society. We offer Nutrition 101 classes each month. Learn the basics of healthy and balanced eating. This class will teach you about meal composition and timing while allowing you to walk away with recommendations for healthy foods and appropriate portion size.
