Blood Pressure Monitoring
High Blood Pressure may have no symptoms, but can lead to serious health problems.  Stop by and get a blood pressure reading.  This is a quick, simple way to monitor a serious health risk.

Body Fat Analysis
One of the best ways to measure your health gain is by monitoring your body fat percentage.  Muscle is more dense than fat so the scale can mislead you.  The body fat analysis gives more accurate results in terms of your progress and overall wellness.

Cholesterol/Lipid Profile
We offer monthly cholesterol screenings.  A full lipid profile is taken and results will be explained.  Register for your appointment at the Member Services Desk. (A 12-hour fast is recommended and guarantees the most accurate results.)

Glucose Screening
This screening involves a fingerstick blood sugar check for early detection of diabetes.
Cost is $10.

Vaccinations
Select vaccinations are available through our CMC Health Center.  Allergy maintenance shots and seasonal flu shots are available upon request.
