In an effort to minimize waste and be good stewards to the environment, GROUP EXERCISE has gone GREEN!  You can still find out what's happening by

The following classes for March will be TICKETED 1-hour prior to start time:
  (all tickets are first come, first serve and 1 per person)

Thursdays, 6:30 PM - Cardio Funk 
Cycle Studio 
Mondays & Wednesdays 8:15 AM
Monday-Friday  9:30 AM & 9:45 AM 
Monday-Thursday  5:30 PM 
All weekend  cycle classes


 Kids Conditioning (ages 6-9 years)
Mondays, 4:30 PM-5:30 PM
Wednesdays, 4:30 PM-5:30 PM
Location:  Gym B

Parents must remain on the premises during this class time
and carry a cell phone for emergency contact purposes.

Upcoming Events:


Interval Running Training (ages 18+) March 11th - May 13th, 5:30 PM-6:30 PM (Thursdays)
$30/facility members & $40/program members
Prepare for the Morrison 5K/10K race in May with this 10-week interval running training program.  Whether you are new to running or looking to beat your best ract time, this training program is for you. This program will be offered at the Ballantyne Village YMCA.
Howl at the Moon   April 16th, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM or 7:30 PM-9:30 PM
$40/facility members
Join us for an amazing cycle event under the stars!  This event takes place poolside on our outdoor pool deck.  Proceeds benefit 2010 Annual Campaign.
TRYMCA   May 2nd-July 9th
$125 per session/facility members
Prepare for our YMCA Triathlon with this 10-week Triathlon Training Program.  Whether you are new to this sport or you are looking to beat your best race time, this program is for YOU!
FIT Olympics   June 5th, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM
Fitness Instructors, Group Exercise Instructors, Personal Trainers and you are teaming up to compete against one another in our 3rd annual field day challenge.  Each team must raise $1000 to support our Annual Giving Campaign to be eligible to compete.
Yoga in the Park  (ages 13+)  June 10th, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM
Join us for the 3rd annual Yoga in the Park event under the Carolina sunshine.  This is a unique and tranquil experience and is held at the Ballantyne Corporate Park, Knotts Green.  FREE to the community. (rain date:  June 17th)
