We put the Y in party! Let us take the guesswork out of planning. Our trained hosts/hostess will take care of your party from set-up to clean-up and everything in between. We will provide decorations, party supplies and a themed activity for the group. Party size is 12 children ($5 for each additional child with a maximum of 20 children).

Themed Parties - $225/members, $245/program members (for 12 children)
Create your own Theme - $100/members, $120/program members

Party specifics:
After your party is reserved a $50 non-refundable deposit for themed parties and $25 for create your own theme parties is required within 48 hours of scheduling your party.
Invitations can be picked up at time of deposit at our member services desk.
The party host will greet your guests at the main entrance of the YMCA, provide name tags and direct them to the party location. Parents are required to complete a waiver for children.
You may provide any type of food at the YMCA except items containing peanut products.
All parties are 1 1/2 hours. The first hour is dedicated to the theme of the party and the last half hour is dedicated to cake/food, opening gifts and free play if time allows.
Themed parties include: paper products, decorations, 15 invitations, juice/water bottles, two hosts and a party shirt for the birthday child.
Cancellations: You must cancel at least one week prior to scheduled birthday party to receive refunds.
