TRYMCA Tri! Ballantyne Training Program


Prepare for our the Tri! Ballantyne triathlon on July 10th with this 10-week training course. 
Each week there will be three coached sessions which will include 1 run, 1 swim and 1 cycle.
 







 Program Dates

Cost (per session) 

1st Session:   February 22nd-May 1st
2nd Session:   May 2nd-July 9th 
$125/facility members

Schedule 

Cycle Mondays, 6:00 PM
(Morrison YMCA)

-Indoor classes (Virtual Cycle Class w/Steve) or (Virtual Cycle Class on Wednesdays w/Lori)
-Outdoor cycle will begin April 5th at 6:00 PM (meet in back parking lot)
Run  Tuesdays, 6:00 PM
departure:  Morrison YMCA (meet in Main Lobby)
Swim  Thursdays, 7:30 PM 
Harris YMCA pool deck
