Eighty percent of people in the United States try making a commitment to getting healthy and for some reason can't stick with it. A trained Health Coach will be your partner and help you beat the odds. Your Health Coach will sit down with you on a regular basis - usually bi-weekly or monthly - to discuss your progress, offer suggestions and encourage you. If you're one of that eighty percent like most of us, Health Coaching is for you. |
