I got involved in the QuickFit program and met people and got to know the instructors. One of the most difficult things you do when you try and have a healthy lifestyle is to motivate yourself. QuickFit is the YMCA’s customized 30-minute express circuit workout. If time is a challenge for you, QuickFit is a great way to introduce exercise into your life. It’s also a great first step for those new to exercise. QuickFit is a circuit workout consisting of cardio and strength training exercises. It is designed to build stamina and lean muscle mass while increasing balance and flexibility. Members find it efficient, motivating and results-driven.

Some of our YMCA’s schedule QuickFit at certain times of the day. Others operate QuickFit anytime you want it. Ask the front desk or fitness staff at your nearest YMCA branch about QuickFit.
