The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Charlotte and the YMCA of Greater Charlotte have a unique partnership fostering mental wellness within our community. As part of this collaboration, the YMCA proudly hosts a range of free NAMI support groups, mental health classes, and engaging presentations, all aimed at providing vital resources and support. Open to all, these programs offer a nurturing environment for individuals and families to connect, learn, and thrive.
