Group ExerciseWhether you're new to exercise or getting back to it, group exercise is a great way to get moving, make friends and stay motivated. We have a class for every level!

Our class options include kickboxing, athletic conditioning, cycle, total strength, yoga, pilates, BODYPUMP®, Zumba® and many more. We give you the chance to maximize your workout potential in a fun group class setting.
