At the Y, we believe the ability to swim is a critical life skill for every child, teen and adult. In swim lessons, we use a variety of methods to help children and adults build confidence in the water and develop skills that last a lifetime. It's not too late to learn how to swim! If you're comfortable in the water, consider participating in some of our water exercise classes. Water Exercise provides motivation, aerobic choreography, muscle conditioning, improved cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone by using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Water Exercise is ideal for all fitness levels, non-swimmers included.
