Adaptive Water Ski Program

Each summer children and adults learn to overcome physical disabilities by learning to water ski at the Lake Norman YMCA. The YMCA provides access to the waterfront, equipment and staffing for the Adaptive Sports Program each week throughout the summer. $500 provides adaptive water skiing for 15 people with physical disabilities for 10 weeks of the summer. You can help children and adults improve their health and experience the exhilaration and independence of water sports.
