The YMCA of Greater Charlotte provides partnership and support to Ys in Africa and the Middle East, specifically the Jerusalem International YMCA.

We will continue to expand our relationship with the YMCAs of Senegal and The Gambia to strengthen their program expertise, leadership development and operational resources to enable them to serve the growing needs of a diverse population and build capacity for long-term sustainability. These YMCAs deliver vital community development programming that includes: vocational training, education and literacy, health education and advocacy, and leadership development.
