Tony Lucas
When Tony joined the YMCA, he had high blood pressure and needed to take medication. Shortly after joining he had an operation on his rotator cuff. Through hard work and the support of Charles Dorner, Tony was able to get off his medication, and is now able to run 5 miles a day and uses his arm to full capacity. He has worked diligently to tone up and drop his "gut!" Tony is an inspiration to us all! |
