Lifeguard Course
This 32 hour program is for lifeguard candidates who are 15 years or older, able to swim 500 yards without stopping and able to carry a significant amount of weight safely to the side of the pool. Participants will learn water rescue and safety as well as leadership development and personal growth. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be qualified to obtain employment at an aquatic facility as a certified Lifeguard. CPR-PR, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen administration will be taught in the course as well.

Lifeguard Challenge Course
This 4 hour American Red Cross course is for those who have already been certified as a lifeguard and their certification has expired. The challenge will renew their certification in CPR-PR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguarding.
