Our Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) Health Center, located in the Siskey YMCA, is open to our members and the community.  We are committed to helping you achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Along with our Wellness Assistant, we also have a full-time Registered Nurse on staff.  Both are available to answer your health-related questions, consult with you on nutrition and weight loss information and conduct health assessments.

Our CMC Health Center nurse can help find a medical professional if you are needing information on local physicians or other medical professionals in the Carolinas Health Care system.

There are many books and literary pieces available for members to check out at the CMC Health Center. Look up or read information on children's vaccines, healthy recipes, specific ailments, etc.

Looking for specific diet and nutrition information? Let our CMC Health Center refer you to our dietitian. She can meet with you at the Siskey Family YMCA and talk to you individually about your dietary needs. The cost is $50 per hour for members and $65 per hour for program members.

Cholesterol Screening & Blood Glucose Screenings– $25, Third Wednesday of every month: 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM 
A 12-hour fast is recommended and guarantees the most accurate results.      

Blood Pressure Screening – free, available during CMC operating hours
