Our Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) Health Center, located in the Siskey YMCA, is open to our members and the community.  We are committed to helping you achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Along with our Wellness Assistant, we also have a full-time Registered Nurse on staff.  Both are available to answer your health-related questions, consult with you on nutrition and weight loss information and conduct health assessments.

Blood Drive - October 27, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Contact the CMC Health Center for more information on how to make an appointment to donate blood.

Cholesterol Screening – offered the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM for $25. A 12-hour fast is recommended and guarantees the most accurate results.      

Blood Pressure Screening – available during CMC operational hours for free
