Coaching - Are you looking to improve your health? Let our YMCA Coach give you the personal guidance and attention you need. This is a FREE, up to 6-month process tailored to your needs and designed to help you develop a roadmap to good health. Your needs may extend far beyond exercise. Fitness appointments - When it comes to getting healthier, some of the keys to success are motivation, personal attention and goal setting. Our trained health and wellness staff members are here to provide these tools - so use us. Your fitness appointment will be catered to your individual needs. Follow up appointments are available.
Fitness assessments – Find out your current fitness level and let our fitness instructors educate you on healthy ways you can maintain and improve your level. Fitness assessments are recommended quarterly to monitor your progress.
Cardiovascular equipment orientation – learn how to use our cardiovascular equipment, how to know when you are working out hard enough and how to stay motivated by cross training
Strength orientation – develop a Nautilus or Cybex workout specifically to meet your health and fitness needs using our selectorized equipment
Free weight orientation – learn which free weight exercises are beneficial toward meeting your goals
