Here is what is going on in July: - Siskey's 4th Annual 5K: Come cheer our Triathlon participants on Friday, July 4! They will swim in the pool, bike in the lobby and run on treadmills in the Fitness Center!
- Yin Yoga: We are bringing back Yin Yoga due to popular demand on Sunday, July 27 from 2:15 pm - 3:45 pm with Maureen in Room 3. Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other schools of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (yang tissues). Yin Yoga targets the contective tissues, such as ligaments and bones. We will remain in the postures for at least 5 minutes!
- Cycle to Broadway's Best Musicals: Burn tons of calories while you exercise to Broadway's best musicals including: Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, Chorus Line and Hairspray on Saturday, July 28 at 3:00 pm with Joe!
- Footloose and Flashdance in One Cycle Class: This hour class combines the absolute best songs from the two great movies: "Flashdance" and "Footloose" including: "What a Feeling", "Maniac", "Gloria", "Footloose", "Holding Out for a Hero", "Let's Hear It For the Boys". A FAST, energy-packed hour on Saturday, August 2 at 3:00 pm with Joe.
