One-on-One Weight Management
This is an 8 week program designed to give you the accountability you seek.  Healthy lifestyleWeight Management changes are encouraged through components that include pre/post health assessments, weekly weight tracking and review of food records and physical activity.  Register at Member Services today!

Metabolic Testing
Exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.  The more you know about how your body responds to exercise, the more effective you will be at reaching your individual goals.  Clients are given a written exercise prescription and individualized report that will help you achieve success.
