At the Steele Creek YMCA, we are committed to offering quality programs for you and your family. Programs are offered to children beginning as early as six weeks old and up, such as  Parents' Morning Out, Afterschool, Dance and more. The Steele Creek YMCA is the place to be for affordable programs for the entire family. 
Upcoming Programs...

Toastmasters Club - This group meets every Thursday morning from 7:00 AM-8:00 AM.  Toastmasters will give you the skills and confidence you need to effectively express yourself in any situation.  Whether you are a professional, a student, stay-at-home parent or retiree, toastmasters is the most efficient, enjoyable way of gaining great communication skills.  By learning to effectively formulate and express your ideas, you open an entirely new world of possiblilities.  You'll be more presuasive and confident when giving presentations, and you'll improve your one-on-one dealings with others.  For more information, contact Paul Bruno (407)927-6549.

Winter/Spring Session for Youth Dance Program - Registration begins February 1st for facility members and February 15th for program members.

Summer Camp 2010 - Registration begins February 1st for facility members and February 15th for program members.

Swim Lessons  February 19th-March 26th, 4:00 PM-6:00 PM (K-7th grade) 
Children are introduced to the basics of swimming including water adjustment, breathing, arm and leg movement and body position.  Goals of the course are independent entry, floating, beginning and increasing swimming distance on the front, back and side and development of all 4 strokes --front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.  Children are picked up from our branch and transported to Stratford Richardson YMCA for lessons.  Cost is $45/facility members and $60/program members.

Healthy Kids Day  April 17th, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (all ages)
This day offers fun, engaging and creative activities for children and families and promotes year long wellness and healthier living.  Last year, more than 700,000 people participated in YMCA Healthy Kids Day nationwide, enjoying games, classes, demonstrations, arts & crafts, educational resources, healthy treats, giveaways and more.  FREE and open to all!
