Chair Aerobics

Get fit while you sit! Chair aerobics is a seated aerobics class that focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, joint stiffness, and muscle strength, needed for everyday activities.

This is a low impact workout, recommended for Active Older Adults (AOA) with physical limitations.
 
Days/Time: Monday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
