Come by for a free blood pressure check. If we suspect a problem, we’ll record it daily, weekly or however often you decide. We’ll even supply the record for your physician, or call him/her to discuss your treatment.
Cholesterol Screening
This screening includes a cholesterol test with full lipid breakdown and triglyceride level. Other screenings are available based on physician orders. An individual consultation will be offered to review your results and make diet and exercise recommendations, as well as to discuss heart attack risks. The charge for a cholesterol screening is $25. A 10-12 hour fast is required.
Allergy Shot Administration

Seniors – “Young At Heart”
The Stratford Richardson YMCA offers a program for our Active Older Adult population. We meet every month for education and fellowship. This program is a free program for YMCA members and community members. Please join us each month and invite your friends!
