The YMCA Healthy Lifestyle Program developed by Stanford University is a unique, ten-month program designed to help individuals achieve and maintain personal health and wellness goals.
Through bi-weekly meetings with a small group of 8-12 individuals and one coach, you will: 
- Develop personal short and long term goals
- Focus on gradual lifestyle change and sustaining behavior patterns
- Draw support and accountability from others
- Learn specific strategies and gain the tools needed to successfully reach and maintain your goals
Meeting topics include: Building a Support Network, Identifying Rewards, Dealing with a Lapse, and Re-scripting Your Inner Voice
