SR Chair Aerobics

 SR Chair

Chair aerobics is a seated aerobics class that focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, joint stiffness, and muscle strength, needed for everyday activities.

This is a low impact workout, recommended for Active Older Adults (AOA) with physical limitations.
