The Servant Leadership Academy (SLA) is a learning and development organization that operates as part of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Serving the leadership development needs of staff, volunteers and youth, the SLA provides high-quality learning resources that support and enable the mission of the Y. Through a blend of high touch and high tech development strategies and resources, the SLA enables the mission of the YMCA by developing the next generation of leaders. Our primary goal is to help the Association attract, develop and retain the talent we need to preserve and advance our mission well into the 21st century.
