Water Fitness

Looking for a low impact, total body workout?
 The University City YMCA offers a variety of Water Fitness classes for adults of all ages. To find the class that is right for you, please check out our Water Fitness Schedule.
Be sure to check out our outdoor Water Fitness classes! Family Fitness and Deep Water return this year, and we've added a new class, Mindful Movements is a combination of Pilates and Yoga in the water. Don't miss out!
