Youth Fitness

KidFit Ages: 6 – 10 An exercise program designed for children that are inactive or overweight. Kids participate in a combination of games, sports and other fun, non-competitive activities while learning about healthy habits. The class is led by YMCA staff providing a supportive, kid-friendly environment.
Teen Fitness Youth ages ten to fifteen are welcome in the Fitness Center once they have completed a two-part orientation. The orientation covers proper goal setting, fitness center etiquette and equipment use.
