I spend a lot of time at the Y just doing a variety of different things. I started out with a lot of group exercise classes and using the fitness center. But most importantly the staff is so nice; everybody greets you. I’ve met so many good friends, including instructors, which I’ve become personal friends with outside of the Y. It’s good for me physically, socially, and emotionally; it’s been really great. |
