Every year the Y-Guides program participates in the YMCA of Greater Charlotte’s Community Outreach Campaign.  This year our campaign will provide financial assistance for Y-Guides participants.  With our current economy it’s become more difficult for families to include Y-Guides events in their budgets.  Our Community Outreach Campaign allows us to provide the assistance needed for our current and new members to attend events with their child and tribe.  In 2009, your gifts provided assistance totally more than $28,000.

In addition, this year we would like to expand the Y-Guides program in underserved communities in our area.  Our 2010 Community Outreach goal is $45,000.  We are looking for 100% Y-Guides Tribe participation as we have in the past.
