Tribes can receive awards each spring based on the points they accumulate during the year. Individuals also have the opportunity to earn awards either in the form of a patch for ones vest or a feather.
Every Tribe activity earns points for your tribe. It is important to keep track of these points monthly.
Successful tribes earn most of their points in the following activities:
- Y-Guides promotions
- Attending Federation events
- Participating in community service projects
- Being a new tribe sponsor
