Somewhere between being a kid and becoming an adult, a teen is discovering who they are and who they want to be.

At the Y, we know that teenagers will rise to meet expectations set for them, so we set our expectations high. Mentors, staff and other role models value our teens' individuality and guide them toward becoming responsible and engaged adults.

Sports provide a great way for teens to be healthy, learn new skills and develop friendships. Teens learn about teamwork plus develop self-confidence and self-discipline.

From teen activity centers to social events to safe sitter certification, teens recognize the Y as a place where they belong and feel comfortable exploring new interests and passions.

We want teens to explore their possibilities and think big. The Y offers programs that promote personal responsibility, character development, leadership and community involvement.
